The report
Legends from Dartmoor describe the Wild Hunt, a troop of phantom riders and hounds led by spectral huntsmen such as Dando or Woden. Eyewitnesses claim to hear the baying of hounds and see dark figures racing across the moors. The phenomenon is tied to European Wild Hunt traditions and remains strong in Devon folklore.
