The Owlman of Mawnan is a cryptid described as a humanoid creature with the head of an owl. First sighted in 1976 near Mawnan, Cornwall, the creature is said to stand approximately 5-6 feet tall, with large, glowing eyes and a wingspan resembling an owl’s. Several people reported seeing the creature near Mawnan's churchyard, and the sighting became a popular case in British cryptozoology. Despite the number of reports, no physical evidence has been found to confirm the creature's existence.
