The report
The Jersey Devil is a legendary creature said to haunt the Pine Barrens of New Jersey. Descriptions of the creature vary, but it is often depicted as having the head of a horse, wings, hooves, and a long tail. The creature is known for its blood-curdling scream, and local folklore suggests it is the cursed 13th child of Mother Leeds, who was born in the 1700s. It remains one of the most famous cryptids in American folklore.
